At L’Escale Provençale, breakfast isn’t just a detail—it’s an experience. Served on the large, shaded terrace under the wrought-iron pergola as soon as the weather warms up, or in the dining room during the winter, it’s designed to be the perfect start to a day in Provence. Organic products, fresh pastries from the local bakery, homemade jams, and flavors from the garden—everything is there to put you in a good mood even before you’ve laced up your hiking boots.
Homemade Breakfast with Local Products
We prioritize organic, local, and seasonal products—sometimes straight from our garden, like the figs from our century-old fig tree or the strawberries from our vegetable patch. Our house specialty? Fig and centifolia rose jam from the garden, and lavender and savory honey from producers in the Pays de Fayence region.

Breakfast is served between 8:00 and 10:00 AM. Do you have an early start for a round at Golf de Terre Blanche or a business meeting in the Fayence area? We can adjust the time upon request.
The large terrace offers several spaces: three teak lounges under the pergola for breakfast, and three wrought-iron lounges for relaxing. Throughout the day, these spaces are available for a picnic, a snack, or simply a drink in the Provençal sunshine. Finally we are very careful with those who are allergic to gluten or other food.
Once finished breakfast, you are ready to discover the treasures of our region or you rest near the pool.

And in each room, a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker allow you to enjoy your meal without leaving home.
